2. Material receiving mechanism and its tension device: The material receiving mechanism mainly consists of components such as chains, synchronous wheels, magnetic powder clutches, and inflatable shafts Two winding shafts are controlled by a single motor, and the tension of the winding shaft can be changed by adjusting the current of the magnetic powder clutch.
3. Traction component: The traction component mainly consists of a pair of traction rubber rollers and several hard oxidized aluminum rollers, which play a role in pulling and collecting raw materials for finished product winding Its power comes from the motor transmitting to the active traction rubber roller through a V-belt to make it run.

5. Waste collection and discharge: Waste is discharged through air ducts using the wind power of a blower.
6. Material feeding mechanism and automatic correction: The material feeding mechanism mainly consists of a feeding shaft, support block, cylinder, base, left and right moving seats, etc. The automatic correction device consists of a photoelectric head, correction guide roller, left and right brackets, correction moving plate, ball nut and screw, synchronous motor, and left and right limit switches.
